By purchasing from VintFlip, you agree that you are buying a curated selection of items based on a chosen aesthetic, not specific individual garments. The items shown in our advertising are examples of the style and quality you will receive.
3. Estimated Resale Values
Any "Estimated Resale Value" or "ROI" provided on our website is an estimate based on current market trends and is not a guarantee of income or profit.
Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Bundle Return Condition
Because we sell curated bundles at a discounted bulk rate, you cannot return individual items from a box. To receive a refund, the entire box and all its contents must be returned in the exact condition they were received.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to our facility.
How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via email. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund via your original payment method (Stripe).
